These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of diversetechnology.works (the “Site”), operated by Diverse Technology (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Website Information

No Client Relationship

Using the Site, submitting a form, sending us a message, or scheduling an introductory call does not create a client, consulting, managed-services, or other professional relationship.

Services are provided only after Diverse Technology and the client enter into an appropriate written agreement. If these Terms conflict with a signed client agreement, the signed agreement controls concerning those services.

Information about cybersecurity, compliance, artificial intelligence, or technology practices does not guarantee that any particular organization will be secure, compliant, or protected from incidents. Scheduling and Contact Forms

Submitting a contact or scheduling form does not guarantee an appointment, response time, service availability, or acceptance of an engagement.
